Pricing

Programmes are put together with the needs of the individual or group as the priority. Because of this it is difficult to provide indicative pricing for programmes.

However, I have put together a sample programme for individuals, teamwork and organisations, to give some indication of the likely costs of a programme. Programmes can vary greatly in terms of content, time and method of delivery which will all have an impact on price.

Sample of programme for an individual

Length of programme: 6 months Assessments included: Yes Type of interaction: 4 face to face, 8 by telephone Shadow coaching: No Peer interviews: No Cost: £250 per month

Sample of programme for a team

Length of programme: 3 months Assessments included: Yes Team coaching: 6 sessions * 2 hours Individual coaching: 6 sessions for the team leader * 1 hour Workshop: 1 day Cost: £800 per month

Sample of a programme for an organisation

Length of programme: 12 months initially Assessments included: Yes Team coaching: 3 sessions per team, 10 teams Individual coaching: 24 sessions per individual, 10 individuals Workshop: 1 day * 4 workshops Other training: 1 day * 4 events Cost: £2,800 per month These prices are samples only, and do not constitute a product.
