All work with individuals and teams is confidential. All information provided during this work is private. Your name will not be used as a reference without your verbal or written consent. This confidentiality statement is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
Duration & Fees
Initial contracts for individual and teamwork are for three months. Thereafter, contracts are renegotiated on a month-to-month or quarterly basis. Fees will be set out in writing to the client at least two weeks prior to the first session. Fees are payable in advance on the first of the month. Notice of 14 days or two coaching sessions, whichever is the longer, is expected when the work is coming to an end.
Rescheduling Policy
In the event that it is necessary to reschedule an individual or team session, it is expected that at least 48 hours notice will be given. Where possible, the session will be rescheduled within the next 5 working days. In the event that 48 hours notice is not given, Answers Consulting reserves the right to charge the client for the session.
Professional Standards
All coaches involved in programmes with Answers Consulting are members of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and adhere to the ICF's ethics and standards for coaching.
